Reconciling temporary numbers
This session will look at the use of temporary numbers as part of an inventory project including:
- The benefits of using temporary numbers in the right situations
- How to use them
- How to resolve them (including historic temporary numbers).
There will opportunities to discuss with colleagues and ask questions throughout, as well as signposting to further guidance.
There are 24 places on this workshop. Places are available for museums in the north of England, priority will be given to those which are not regularly funded by Arts Council England or central government. If there are more than two delegates from a single museum booked on a workshop we reserve the right to amend delegate lists to allow museums from the waiting list to participate.
