A brief introduction to Location and Movement Control

Please note – this session will start at 11.05 and end at 12.05 as it is Remembrance Day
This session will offer a basic overview of the Spectrum Location and movement control procedure.
It will cover:
- How the procedure relates to Accreditation and policy.
- The procedure’s definition and scope, explaining key concepts and terms.
- The Spectrum minimum requirements, with brief examples of how to meet them.
- Where to find the Spectrum suggested procedure and briefly how it can be used (note: this session will not cover the content of the suggested procedure).
- Signposting to further information.
By the end of the session, attendees will:
- Understand how Location and movement control relates to Accreditation and policy.
- Understand how to meet the Spectrum standard for Location and movement control via the minimum requirements.
- Know where to find more information and guidance.
