This 2.5 hour workshop will provide you with a better understanding of what resilience means, and what influences and impacts it. You will develop your awareness of your own resilience factors, and discover simple tools and strategies to boost your resilience.

The workshop includes individual break-out activities as well as small group discussions in break-out rooms.
