Elevenses, Tuesday 12 May, Coaching for problem-solving and personal development

Coaching is an incredibly effective way to think through problems, make realistic plans, motivate yourself and achieve ambitions. In this session, ex-heritage marketer and now Life and Work Coach Beth Dawes will explain how coaching can help museum professionals. Beth will introduce the neuroscience behind our mindset and beliefs, showing how positive change is possible even in our busy, stretched lives.
Attendees can experience a short group coaching demonstration where you’ll think through a challenge you’re currently experiencing (bring a pen and paper; no public sharing required). If you have a professional goal to achieve, are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or are simply curious about the growing field of coaching, this session is for you.
Elevenses are informal sessions with a short presentation followed by opportunities for discussion and Q & A.
