Collections Review

This online session delivered in partnership with Collections Trust will explore how and why museums might conduct collections reviews as part of responsible collections development practices, from deepening our understanding of collections to identifying gaps in the representation of perspectives or communities in collections.
There will be opportunities to discuss with colleagues and ask questions throughout, as well as signposting to further guidance.
There are 24 places on this workshop. Places are available for museums in the north of England, priority will be given to those which are not regularly funded by Arts Council England or central government. If there are more than two delegates from a single museum booked on a workshop we reserve the right to amend delegate lists to allow museums from the waiting list to participate.
