Accreditation Mentor Forum
This session is our annual catch up and networking event for Museum Accreditation Mentors. It’s an opportunity to discuss current developments and updates to the Accreditation Scheme, focus on specific mentor issues and feel supported by the region wide network of Accreditation Mentors. If you are a new or potential Accreditation Mentor, please come along and find out more about the role and meet existing mentors too.
The session will include insights from the Accreditation assessor perspective from Maggie Pedley, Relationship Manager (North) for Arts Council England and on the role and work of the Accreditation Panel as we will be joined by the Accreditation Panel Chair, David Gelsthorpe.
At the event we will also be introducing our new mentor handbook, written specifically for museums in the North and current and potential Accreditation Mentors for museums in the North.
These interactive online workshops will be hosted by MD North’s Accreditation Advisers, Emma Chaplin and Heather Lomas.
