FACT – Gallery Mediator
Gallery Mediators provide excellent customer service, always prioritising the safety of visitors while ensuring that the building is accessible to all. A key part of the role is to make sure that exhibitions are running at their best and that every visitor feels welcome.
Mediators are the public face of the galleries and an integral part of the experience. They are adaptive communicators, attentive listeners, and supportive helpers – embracing FACT’s values of being friendly, curious, responsive, and transformative. FACT values transferable skills and a willingness to learn. No prior experience in an arts organisation is required, just a strong enthusiasm for art, film and the creative use of technology.
