Ripples of resilience: Personal resilience for you and your team, Online Zoom

Understanding and supporting your own personal resilience can have ripple effects on your team and organisation, supporting collective wellbeing. As a sector we are increasingly trying to do more with less. Being more conscious of the impacts on ourselves and colleagues, and how we can support each other in times of stress, can support organisational resilience. You have the potential to make a positive impact for you and your teams.

This workshop will offer an insight into what resilience is, and exercises to help you to understand what it means for you. It will offer simple, applicable tools or strategies that you can deploy for yourself, and share with others, helping resilience spread through your teams and organisations.
