Elevenses, Tuesday 1 July, Interpreting North Lincolnshire’s Intangible Cultural Heritage

tea cup and biscuit

Join us for this Elevenses with Eveline van Breemen, Curator of Social History, and Jenny Kirton, Dynamic Collections Project Officer, who will discuss the recent intangible cultural heritage work they have been carrying out at North Lincolnshire Museum. They will share practical methods they have applied to interpreting intangible cultural heritage, with a focus on documenting performance, folklore traditions and the importance of incorporating community voices.

Insightful, interactive and informal, come along to gain new insights from our guests, meet colleagues from the region, and connect with the MDN team. Everyone who works and volunteers in museums is most welcome, including museum freelancers who want to stay connected.
