Elevenses, Thursday 4 September, Exploring our Environmental Impact: The Environmental Quality Mark

The National Emergency Services Museum recently embarked on its application for an Environmental Quality Mark, fostering a new way of thinking while also sparking direct conversations around financial restraints and best practice. This ensured that, in addition to becoming as environmentally sustainable as possible, the museum was also financially sustainable as a self-funded, independent museum and charity. Join Chief Executive Matt Wakefield to find out more about how they achieved success in gaining this quality mark.
Insightful, interactive and informal, come along to gain new insights from our guests, meet colleagues from the region, and connect with the MDN team. Everyone who works and volunteers in museums is most welcome, including museum freelancers who want to stay connected.
