Land of Iron is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Visitor Experience and Volunteer Officer to join their team. This is a key role in shaping the visitor journey and supporting the volunteer programme as part of a growing and ambitious heritage attraction.
You will champion visitors’ needs, ensuring tours and experiences are welcoming, engaging and accessible. Working closely with colleagues across events, learning and retail, you will help develop income opportunities and ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality visit.
