Leading with Vision: Shaping the Future of Volunteer Engagement invites participants
The programme is launching with a training day in Bradford. This energising session will help volunteer managers reimagine what’s possible—blending strategic thinking, inspiring case studies, peer conversations, and behind-the-scenes insights from the Turner Prize exhibition.
Led by sector expert Gethyn Williams, with contributions from Sonja Kielty of Bradford Museums and Galleries, the day is designed to equip attendees with the tools, clarity, and confidence to lead ambitious, impactful volunteer programmes. Places are funded by Museum Development North for people from heritage organisations in Northern England, lunch is provided, and travel bursaries are available.
