The Peace Museum is seeking a Principal Contractor for a Building Comfort & Usability Retrofit including:
- Principal Contractor duties under CDM 2015
- Central heating incl pipework, radiators and valves
- ASHP/AC system
- Far infrared heaters
- Window blinds
- Metal window refurbishment
- Metal framed window draft proofing (named specialist contractor)
- Associated access, protection, testing, commissioning and handover
- BWIC services, minor joinery and finishing
