Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens – Freelance Interpretation Producer
Sunderland City Council is seeking to appoint an experienced freelance Interpretation Producer to help develop a tone of voice approach and produce exhibition content for Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens (SMWG) Capital Redevelopment.
Each gallery space will have its own unique personality and experience to offer visitors, whilst still maintaining a welcoming and cohesive visitor experience across the whole site. Interpretation will feel authentic, rooted in the local area and inclusive of the many diverse communities across the city and wider region. The exhibition spaces will draw strongly on an ‘eco-lens’ approach to highlight stories from the collections connected to ideas of climate resilience, climate action, deep time and acting as responsible ancestors.
Closing date – 23 October
