Keswick Museum – Trustees
Keswick Museum is looking for new Trustees to join our Board as we enter an exciting new chapter. We are actively developing our visitor offer, with the ambition of growing our audiences and increasing our sustainable income, while continuing to strengthen our role within the local community.
We are particularly interested in people who can bring experience in areas such as digital development, marketing and communications, fundraising, audience development, legal and governance, education, finance, business or community engagement. But you don’t need to tick every box – we want a Board with a wide range of skills, experiences, backgrounds and perspectives. You don’t need previous experience as a Trustee or in a museum.

Salary: Voluntary
Hours: There are six Board meetings each year, normally lasting around two hours and held on weekday late afternoons or early evenings. One meeting is extended to form an annual away day.
