Keswick Museum – Museum Operations Manager
Keswick Museum is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Museum Operations Manager to lead the effective day-to-day running of the museum. Depending on the outcome of a current grant application there may be an opportunity to extend the contract for the right candidate.
The Museum Operations Manager will ensure that Keswick Museum operates effectively, safely and efficiently, providing a welcoming and engaging experience for visitors and a positive working environment for staff and volunteers. This is a practical management role in a small organisation. You will need to be comfortable taking responsibility, solving problems, managing competing priorities and working collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers and trustees.
