A brief introduction to documentation planning

This session will offer a basic introduction to the Spectrum Documentation planning procedure.

It will cover:

  • How the procedure relates to Accreditation and policy.
  • The procedure’s definition and scope, including key concepts and terms.
  • The minimum requirements, with examples of how to meet them.
  • Where to find the suggested procedure and briefly what it can be used for (note: this session will not cover the content of the suggested procedure).
  • Signposting to further information.

By the end of the session, attendees will:

  • Understand how Documentation planning relates to Accreditation and policy.
  • Understand how to meet the Spectrum standard for Documentation planning via the minimum requirements.
  • Know where to find more information and guidance.

Format

  • Presentation style with a brief Q&A section at the end.
