A brief introduction to documentation planning

This session will offer a basic introduction to the Spectrum Documentation planning procedure.
It will cover:
- How the procedure relates to Accreditation and policy.
- The procedure’s definition and scope, including key concepts and terms.
- The minimum requirements, with examples of how to meet them.
- Where to find the suggested procedure and briefly what it can be used for (note: this session will not cover the content of the suggested procedure).
- Signposting to further information.
By the end of the session, attendees will:
- Understand how Documentation planning relates to Accreditation and policy.
- Understand how to meet the Spectrum standard for Documentation planning via the minimum requirements.
- Know where to find more information and guidance.

- Presentation style with a brief Q&A section at the end.
Before the session:
- Take a look at your organisation’s Documentation plan, if you have one.
